Personalizing Your Professional Growth

Over the past 16 months I have been writing a book with several other brilliant educators titled Personalized PD: Flipping Your Professional Development. I am excited to announce that it's now available to purchase on Amazon. Jason Bretzmann, founder of the Bretzmann Group, reached out to us way back in early 2014 with a wonderful concept that would support educators as they looked to improve their craft. In this book you will find many examples of innovative methods that educators from all walks of life utilize to stay on top of best practices. So who exactly wrote the chapters in this book? Brad Gustafson, and Jason Bretzmann. A host of other awesome educators contributed vignettes and motivational insight to compliment the tremendous content.

In a perfect world schools are realizing this and providing support so that staff members can learn especially during the school day.
